Crown of Glass

Crown of Glass is a deckbuilding card game that's easy to learn and hard to put down. Each run you build a deck from cards you pick up along the way, and the fun is in spotting combos that snowball into something ridiculous by the end.

Everything is tap-based and works perfectly for a phone. You can play a full run in fifteen or twenty minutes, which makes it ideal for commutes or waiting rooms. The card art is crisp and the tooltips are clear, so you're never guessing what something does.

It sips battery and runs cool since it's mostly static screens. After a dozen runs I still find new card combinations, which is exactly what you want from this genre.
